At Art of Spices, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every order is delivered fresh, accurate, and on time. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns. However, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
You received the wrong order.
The food was significantly different from what was described.
The food was spoiled or unsafe to consume.
The order was not delivered (excluding customer-related issues such as incorrect address or inability to receive the delivery).
To request a refund or report an issue:
Contact our Customer Support team within 2 hours of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, details of the issue, and, if possible, a photo of the food item in question.
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours.
If your refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
It may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement order instead of a refund.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You changed your mind after the food was prepared or delivered.
You provided incorrect delivery information.
You failed to be available at the time of delivery without prior notice.
Minor taste preferences or subjective quality assessments.
Orders may be canceled without penalty if done within 5 minutes of placing the order and before preparation has begun. After this period, cancellations may not be possible or may incur a charge.
